Distributed newspaper articles about Local Motives receiving the DuPont Volunteer Recognition Award for the 2nd year in a row!!! Go us!!!!

New Business:

Officially have responsibility for parking at the CSX lot during Homecoming as a fundraiser. Need partner groups to share proceeds and work with.

Emily contacting Wood Co. Fire Dept, Julie contacting various people, Steve contacting Adventure Pursuit - First one to find a taker, let the rest of us know so we don't overcommit! Expect hours to be: Thurs 5-10, Fri 5-10, Sat 10a-11p, Sun 12-10, needing ~ 5 people helping to park at any time = 165 manhours including what local motives can provide. Plan to divide money according to manhours of volunteers supplied. Homecoming is expected to be August 15-18, and the profits are expected to be ~$1000.

Will again partner with the ARC for Relay for Life this year.

Need ushering help for the Actors Guild show Agatha Christie, Black Coffee, Jan 27 (matinee), Feb 1 (evening) (Steve helping), Feb 2 (evening) (Brian, Scott, Chris helping). Let me know if you can help! Michael will provide times.
